It's 43* out so I have the heat off. Usually 60-62 all the time except for 2 hours in the afternoon; I'll go as high as 64-65! My family complains all the time. When they can pay the oil bill, they can turn it up. Minnesota is cold, get used to it!

66-68 is a good number to keep the thermostat at during that day it's a nice even temperature if your going to be in the house. At night I would lower it to 62-65 depending on if you like it colder at night and when your sleeping it helps to have it colder because it easier to fall asleep and have your body shut down properly for sleep.

62 degrees when we are in bed. 68 degrees during the day unless we are doing something active like I am vacuuming then it's 65.

We keep ours at 73 but we also just had a baby in Oct. but the electric company suggest 68
