Like I said yesterday, I took 4 HPT and 3 were positive, blood work said no, but I just know I am. I just think I am super early (maybe 2 weeks) Could the blood work be wrong ? Will a sonogram show anything this early ? -- What do you guys think ?

I took digital test, so there were no lines... I've heard if your really early your HCG levels may not be high enough...

I would think you are. The HPT is pretty accurate. In most cases, blood tests are not done for pregnancy. Every pregnancy I've ever had, I know even without tests. But not everybody is the same. When you see your Doctor - ask for an ultrasound. Let us know if you are or not.

I took a test like 5 times and still came out negative but i was having the symptoms. I have no plans to go to the dr yet until i get a positive. Some people tell me that it was bit too early for me and many tells me that my HCG level may be low and to wait. I start my period next week so i'm a bit anxious and will wait next week to take a test or something. Every woman is different so its really hard to figure out things if this is your first pregnancy, but when u have a second child, you'll know your body better. I was once pregnant and didn't even know it until 2 months later i miscarriaged. I HAD NO symptoms to begin with and that was 3 years ago. Now, I'm not sure, i had the symptoms for 2 weeks and now i dont. My experience is just an example... many women varies.

You need a sonogram. Both blood and urine test for HcG. Usually blood will be positive before urine, so you really need an ultrasound.
Are you reading your test within 5 minutes of taking, after 5 minutes you can get an evaporation line that looks like a faint positive. Other wise there are rarley false positive tests

A sonogram right now might just show the sac, but you may not be able to pick up the baby because it would be so small right now.
By the way, if you have missed your period, you would be at least 4 weeks now. We count pregnancy from the first day of your last period.

Some times it dose not even show up in the blood work for a month or so. Do not worry.

its funny you should ask this question because of the fact i had 6 positive HPTs and the doctors tests said no but here i am 6 months preggers!

My Dr didn't even give me a blood test. She said as long as I had done them twice there is absolutely no way it could be wrong.

An INTERNAL ultrasound will show it for sure. I saw mine as early as 3 weeks with the internal type and it was awesome!
