Take a pregnancy test, sure... and then call a clinic right away regardless of the results, 'cause not being able to sleep on your stomach for the pain doesn't sound like a good thing. Ectopic pregnancy is coming to mind (not common, but you need to know if it is, the earlier the better!) It could just be first pregnancy being rough on you, or something else entirely, even food poisoning!
Bottom line: Call a clinic/ nurseline/ doc now. There are free clinics in most places for pregnancy tests, go in for one if you don't have insurance, and then while there complain up a storm about the pain, they should do some tests to check it out (ectopics can be picked up on an ultrasound pretty easy, I'd think!) and if you aren't pregnant, they should be able to refer you to somebody at a regular clinic to see if you have an ulcer or something else. Don't ignore it, just make some calls and go, you'll be happier when it's dealt with.

Well, by the way your describing it, it sounds like you are pregnant. You should definitely take a pregnancy test, if it doesnt show that your pregnant, go to the doctor, it might be something serious. or maybe those stomach cramps mean that your about to gte your period again. Good Luck with everything. =]

Purchase a pregnancy test from the drug store for about $6. Take it and check and see if your pregnant.

If the stomach pain continues and your not pregnant, see a doctor, could be an internal infection (your insides could be swollen).

well if you've been having unprotected you know what lately it's very likely, but if not you could have a GI infection, which I had not to long ago. It gives you horrible stomach cramps. By the way, I don't know why people are being so mean to you!

Could be many things depending on your age. Could be pregnancy, miscarraige, fibroid tumors, cysts, indometriosis. Any number of things could be the problem. You should see an OB/GYN specialist ASAP.

you may want to call your OBGYN you could be having a m/c. You should not be experiencing any cramps that bad until labor. Good luck to you.

MAN I'm getting so sick of these pregnancy questions. How the hell are we supposed to know? If you're having symptoms that are making you think you're pregnant, GO BUY A PREGNANCY TEST.
