99% of women make enough breastmilk, so odds are that you can and do make enough milk.
There are many reasons breastfeeding moms think they do not have enough milk but if your baby is making enough wet and poopy diapers, if he is gaining appropriately according to charts based on breastfed babies HE IS GETTING ENOUGH BREASTMILK.

You've asked this question 3 times in the past 2 days.
I asked why you thought you didn't have enough breastmilk, and you haven't answered.
I can't help you if you won't give more details.
ETA: to be clear... Lactose intollerant babies are really rare. And they do react to breastmilk, because breastmilk has lactose (all milk does).
Casien allergy is the most common food allergy, and casein can be transmitted through breastmilk.. but it depends on the moms digestive system. Ideally, her body will break down the casein before it ever gets to her milk. But not everyone has a good digestive system (largely due to our eating habits and the prevelance of formula)
Oh, and Prosobe is soy, not goats.

I am having I swear the same problem....I am not producing enough milk after a recent surgery I had. I still breast feed her every 3 hours as much as I can. If I find she is still fussy and hungry I will make her a couple ounces of formula. I use the Nestle Quick start, I burp her often during that bottle and I find it works good.
She used to throw it all up, but burping more often helped a lot.

My doctor told me that giving breast milk and formula at the same time is not a good idea. At first my milk took 5 days to come in and my daughter was not wetting enough doctors so my doctors told me to supplement with formula. I would feed her for almost an hour at a time then give her some formula after. Did your doctor tell you that mixing the two were okay? If not you should call and ask.

Maybe it's the mixture of the two. Just breastfeed him as much as you can. Burp him. Wait a bit and then feed him the bottled formula. Also, to increase your breast milk supply after you feed him, pump to stimulate more milk (even if a few ounces comes out, it's great. There's also some fennugreek tablets that make supply greater and try drinking more fluids, including Ovaltine.

Mixing the 2 should be no problem, that's how they get children off formula and onto 'adult' milk. But with all formula's there will always be a chance of spitting up, just make sure you burp him right after you feed him, or in between the bottle, like every 4 ounces.

you may just have to try different ones. They have ones specifically for babies who spit up.
You said you don't have enough milk, do you have a good breast pump? I breast pump can greatly increase your milk supply. It worked for me. It is only hard for the first several days because you will need to pump several times a day, like 8-12 for 15 min but if a few days you will have lots of milk and wont even have to worry about formula.
good luck

Ironically I had the same problem, after 2 months of vomitting & going through several different kinds of formula we final stopped on infamil AR...also this is the only infamil the WIC will allow, you will have to get a prescription from your pedi
***also try using the drop in type bottles by playtex they reduce air in the bottle and this REALLY helps**

Ditch the fake milk and nurse more often! Feeding every three hours is not enough for a 3 month old.
Also, eat more oatmeal and drink some mothers milk tea.

I pumped at work for a little over a year with my first baby and eventually I wasn't able to pump enough to meet the needs of my baby at daycare. So we had to add formula to her daycare bottles. I had to use soy formula as a baby so we just started her with soy formula first thing. She never had any trouble with it. We used Isomil Advanced.
