People who have a choice about what they eat are able to quit fast food.
The trouble is, fast food places are on every corner. People only have about 45 minutes for lunch and they gobble the closest food at hand. And, that is always fast food.
The percentage of people who eat healthy food is growing, though. This is due to the fact they know what is in fast food and also, they are against the torture of farm animals.

Now all restaurants are Taco Bell.
No I don't think we should.
You see it's about choice and freedom.
No one goes to a Fast Food place to look for a healthy meal.
If you do you're a dumdass.
The only people they're punishing to make the food healthier is the customer.

I rarely eat fast food, not because I read Fast Food Nation, but because the food doesn't taste all that good........well except for Burger King, but I don't eat there that much either, maybe once or twice in a year. But I do like their mozzarella sticks

I haven't read Fast Food Nation, but I refuse to eat fast food anymore. It's horrible for you, it shortens your life and the money you spend can feed your family for a full day.

I just saw the movie last week and I did question my eating habits after. The next day, I woke up got ready for work and on my way, stopped at McDonalds for a sausage McMuffin. My bad...I love meat.

I am seriously thinking about becoming a vegetarian after seeing that movie, it was repulsive and left me with a feeling of hopelessness. It just goes to show you that money makes the world go round.
