I would like to be an actor, but I don't know from where to start

Take acting classes in the city where you live. After several years of classes, you can move to Hollywood, California, if you are still interested in acting.

Hollywood: Go away! We have ten billion actors more than we know what to do with!

Hollywood is a town, there is no one to contact.
If you really want to be an actor go to your local community theater and volunteer to do stagehand work and put your name on the list for small parts.
