If they're happy together, is it anyone else's business to criticize them?

its not questioned if a man dates a woman, but society makes us think the woman has to be younger due to the waymarriages use to be arranged, most marriages the man was older unless the bride was over the age limt of the times and was an old maid like shakespears wife was older, but he wanted to go to schoolso he agreeded to marry an old maid to go to school

now in modern times men still date younger women it might be based off of thier looks or what the indivdula is attacted to

myself I likeolder men, my boyfriend is 8 1/2 years older then me, he's attracted to younger women soit works for us and were both happy.

it is also a growning trend for rich powerful women to want a 'play toy' boyfriend as well or the younger men look towards older women to fixate on their motherly wants in realtionships

another thing is if katie has qualities she shows him like his mother to a degree he might find that needed it's all scientific in our brains or dna stuff there i cant ecplain more then i have heard in school

Katie Couric, to give her credit, is not a Demi Moore who married a boy old enough to be her son. Ms. Couric is not doing too well at CBS, and as the old song goes" darling you are growing golder". her needs and wants must be great , so what if she is having sex with a young man 17 younger than her. She has millions and can buy the services of anyone she wants. Stamina is what counts.

As long as she's over 38 and he's over 21 it's ok

Once you hit your 40s-50's, as in her case, maturity levels out, so it's perfectly fine.

My thought exactly.

If the two are happy who cares.
