I think it is like most things - there are some people who do have a natural talent for choosing clothes, colors and accessories so that the entire outfit is great!
Most of us need to learn how to put our outfits together. And some of us take much longer than others to eventually figure out what works.
I am sure the What not to Wear show would have a field day with my wardrobe lol

i think some people are born with good fashion sense, but i also think a good fashion sense can be acquired by experimenting with different styles, colors, etc. to find what works for that person...it`s true that some people don`t have a good style when it comes to their personal appearance, but in that case, either it`s because they don`t care or have never really tried to put together a nice look for themselves...

Some people just know what to put together while others have to work at it like anything else in life. It is definitely something that can be learned though.
