Or should i go for work out after the training?

yah i swim and play water polo in the junior olympics (im 13) and if u feel up to it yah got ahead and swim just make sure u strech a lot before and after.......u might also be really tired after :) good luck

I would say swim first, then workout. When I workout before I swim, my arms and legs feel so tired that I just don't have the energy to swim-then again, if you swim like a real practice, like I do, it gets hard to work out after a 2 hour workout in the pool.

I don't really think it matters. Try both, and see what you like the most.

Swim first and then train. If you're a multi-sport athlete you should workout in the order the events will be presented on race day. Thus, swim, bike, run. Good luck!

I wouldn't think it would matter but be sure that there is someone else around. A swim buddy just in case.
But then that's always best no matter when your in the pool.

Yes... AFTER you shower, and BEFORE getting in the pool.
