Go right at them as most big men are better off the ball shot blockers than right in front of them
don't be afraid of body contact, if you are driving on them jump into them pushing them away from the basket and creating space and then sheild them with your body as you keep your arms extended and away from them and hit it off the board
or if you can shoot reverse lay ups using the rim as a way to prevent your shot from being blocked

the guy above is totally correct...if you try finger rolling it over a big man...the ball will end up 9 rows up. always use your body to create space... take the ball strong to the hole and when you're into you're 2 steps block the ball from sight of the big man...if he can't see it, he can't block it. once you create the contact try and lay the ball up high on the glass. it takes alot of practise to be really good at it. dont try and do circus lay ups...refs hate it, and wont call a foul even if you get hit. strong to the hole

One way is to jump into the big man and force a foul. When you do that you kinda want to keep the ball close then when you have the room put it up. The way I like to score on big men is with my floater. I think its the most effective way to score inside. It takes alot of practice to get it down though. As soon as you get it down it will become second nature to you when you get inside.

ill give you some things to practice, in case you might not be very comfortable doing what you need to do on a big man...to lay up on big men, you have to have good ball control (to fake him and dribble past him, this also includes doing tricks, crossovers to trick him), and you have to be able to lay up at any angle if youre close to the basket (you need this in case you cant use your dribbles to help you and need to use your speed)...so practice your ball handling and laying up

keep the ball low and close to your body when you get inside jump/head fake and create some contact and that will create some space. more often than not if you take it strong you will get foulded and get to the line. just make sure you dont show him the ball so he can get a block.
btw the answers above me are horrible answer you will get blocked everytime if you try to "go the other way" or reverse layup and you dont finger roll over ppl you would shoot a floater (one hand runner with a lot of arc) if you were trying to go over someone

Watch players like AI and Steve Nash do layups, notice their technique, study it and practice it over and over, other ways your going to have to fadeway, hook it, or thrown it high up off the glass...also you can go under the basket letting the basket protect you from being blocked, you can push off with your left arm/hand, or you can jump right over them (If you can jump high)

When you jump to lay it up, lean into the him and lay it up. Most likely he will foul you.

you have to use your speed. if they're too tough down low go out for a shot if they follow you drive past them. if they don't follow you shoot it. big men are also easy to fake out.

Use your quickness to outrun them and then fake one way at the basket and go the other...
