Geez, I handled people like that but not all in one day. Yeah , I had to understand them, and help them,but usually I just had to arrest them because their behavior was not limited to a private office or was just plain illegal.If you have this type of job, keep in mind, it can wear you down something fierce.

Two things I am really thankful for right now: I don't have this kind of job and I retired from this kind of job.I wish you the best.

counseling is about helping people understand themselves better, make them understand what lies beneath the problem, help them see other aspects and helping them to be who they want to be. if someone is in your room it means he/she thinks that he/she needs help and there is something wrong going on and thats a very good start.
