Its great, nice to see a man take care of himself. It shouldnt matter what people think when making decisions like this, b/c I know many women who love metrosexual men, and there are also many people out there who love "tough" guys. So do what you want, there will always be a hater and a "lover".

I was a nail technician for a few years and my flat mate was male at the time he always came into the shop and got manicures - quite funny actually because I worked from a hairdressing salon that many older ladies went to and one day I heard one of them say "OH MY GOD THATS A MAN!!" LOL we just laughed he couldnt care less what people thought he just liked the feeling and loved the hand and arm massage part of the manicure - personally I never did pedicures because I just cant stand the thought of touching other peoples feet LOL
I used to do falseys for transvestites as well - personally I dont care - if its what you want then thats what you get :)

Well, it depends on the guy. If they are totally homophobic then they wont get it done. In my opinion I don't think it's a big deal, honestly I would prefer a guy that takes care of himself than one who thinks grunge is just the way all men should be. My boyfriend and I are going to get facials this weekend... I don't think he's less of a man for that... I think that it shows that he cares about what people think of his appearance, and although everyone should always have down time where they can just throw on some sweats and a t-shirt and hang, I think that "clean is in" and a man will have more oportunities if he keeps up appearances. A mani/pedi is a good relaxing thing for anyone (just as long as the guy isn't getting polished, lol)!

i am OK with it. I would rather have a man with a girly pedicure/manicure, than having nasty ugly nails. You probably only need to have the nails buffed or put on a clear/matte polish that looks natural.

I am all for it. My boyfriend wont go near a nail salon due to the last time he went with me i talked him into getting tips put on as a joke. it was really funny until he realized that removing them was alot of work. but it was cute. Although if he would have enjoyed having them done that way i would have worried lol. But i think its ok if guys want to get a basic mani/pedi, as long as its not feminine.

Manicures are okay I get them now and then. But men should never get pedicures it is against the laws of nature. Only women's feet should be adorned and worshipped!

I don't really like how feminized men are becoming. Manicures, maybe, for professional men who want to appear neat and well-groomed in meetings, etc. But pedicures? I don't like men who are that into their looks. I want to be the pretty one in the relationship!

The actual For Him mani's and pedi's are great. Nothing like holding a rough hand, and nothing hurts more than a rough... you know...
I wouldn't consider it bad unless he painted his nails. Then we have an issue, but there is nothing wrong with a well groomed man. Plus its relaxing for you! So go for it. Try the mans deluxe sugar scrub ones, they are great.

I think its fine. It shows that a guy can take care of himself, and cares about himself enough. Paired with a lot of feminine qualities it could be treading on the gay side, but if you are a guy's guy for the most part, i see no problem in taking care of yourself and looking your best.
