There is never one good site for this. You should try putting words like clipart in the yahoo search bar, google search bar, and under images for both. Its good to search around the internet. Not one site will have everything. As we know.

I think it would be best for you to do a google search on clip art, because (agreeing w/ the first answerer), there isn't really one good site for clip art.
It also depends upon whether you want a free site or not. They have clip art sites where you can sign up, pay a small fee and possibly get better quality clip art.
