For the sake of this question, if you could only pick one extreme:
extremely liberal or extremely conservative, what would it be and why?

Extremely conservative, because liberal extremists make themselves into gods and believe that each individual has the right to choose what's right for him or her based on personal feelings. That's no way to structure a society unless you want to start with anarchy and end up with survival of the fittest, and that is one of the many reasons why liberalism is so short-sighted.

I guess Josh wants to be conservative.
If you are extremely COnservative or Liberal you end up both at the same point. I believe their called Libertarians.
Why do I say this. Liberals call liberatarians extremely right and Conservative call them extremely left. Don't ask me why. I guess they're the most hated people in politics.

I could never be either.
If I was forced to pick I would choose extreme liberal...only reason is because extreme conservatives would still make it a stonable offense for a woman to wear clothes of 2 materials, sacrifice virgins for God, etc. I would want to go forward instead of backward but it would end up being just as stupid and unhealthy.

they are both just as blind.. I'm sorry.. I could NEVER pick from what has been presented in today's world as extremely liberal or extremely conservative... now Idealistically.. if it was practiced like it should and not how it has been.. I'd rather be extremely liberal.

Extremely liberal. I wouldn't want to be "extremely" anything, but extreme conservatives generally are close-minded.

I would have to go with extreme liberal. I would rather have too many trees, and not enough houses, then too many houses and no trees. I would rather have no money, but everyone gets everything, then have all the money and no one gets anything. I would rather everyone was inconvenienced by extreme political correctness then have segregation. I would rather have to use crappy recycled packaging then have landfills next to my house. The list goes on.

I'd be liberal, because liberals are usually very concerned with the welfare of people. Conservatives tend to be a little cold. If I had to err, I'd prefer to err on the side of kindness.

Extreme is bad in both situations. Pick what suits you well and unless you plan on playing a big role in politics remain moderate and open minded.
