It would be very bad because she is a power-hungry individual who would immediately move to instate a supreme government very similar to that found in the former Soviet Union. Of course, the conservatives wouldn't have it, and neither would any free-thinking person who wishes to keep their freedom, so the end result would be the next civil war. Our enemies wouldn't need to attack us -- we'd be attacking and killing each other. Not good.

I resent sassyk's remark that the south isn't ready for a woman president. I think the south would be fine with a woman president at least over an african american president. I don't think we'll see a woman as president until we see a woman chief of staff or joint cheif of staff, and i don't see either of those happening for a while. I am most likely going to vote democrat this election even though i'm a republician unless hilary is the only candidate. In my book she's two faced. She says what she thinks America wants to hear and what will get her elected. Plus America as a whole doesn't respect her, we all refer to her as hilary, not as Senator or Mrs. Clinton. I think the right woman can handle the job and would do a great job. However I don't think Hilary is the right woman for the job. She will come along one day but not durning the 08 elections. On a different note, I truly wish Colin Powell would run, I don't know that he could win the South but a lot of military people would vote for him.

Very bad. There was some survey I read that that 1 in 5 Americans said they would be "scared" if Hillary was ellected. It would ruin our society because she has no morals, values or roots. If the wind blows, she'd get knocked over. Her actions and opinions would change daily with the New York Times. Vote for anyone, anyone, daffy duck, I don't care, just not for Hillary Clinton!

As Hillary is a borderline Marxist, her policy leanings would not be overly healthy for our country. In addition, her foreign policy beliefs trend towards the appeasement crowd, so we could see a return to the Jimmy Carter-era policies.
On the other hand, a president's ability to change our society is actually pretty limited. So, barring the unexpected, her impact would not "ruin" our society.

It would be the end of the American way of life.
Sher already admits her acceptance of socialism.
Her willingness to violate the constitution by "taking" oil company profits for her strategic energy fund (even though Amendment 5 specifically prohibits exactly that). is an admission that she will shred the Constitution, if elected.

BADDDD! She's a Socialist, some say Leninist or Stalinist and 1993-2000 was all about the USA becoming European ,whether healthcare or what-have-you.
She makes my blood curdle!

Devastating to our country. Women were not to be president. Even in a marginal way should they be public servants. Royalty, should be the last of the reasons that a woman leader be allowed to lead a nation of people. Look at the accomplishments and the look at the negative things that women politicians have done to our country and if they equal or accomplishments are more I might change but from what I see, the odds would not be with us. It would be the downfall of the system we know as Democracy.

No, i don't think she will be a good president because she only favors the big contributors. I think she is corrupt.
