I know its normal to be emotional when your pregnant but when really is it too much. This morning i was getting ready .. shower, makeup, picking out clothes, and i had a COMPLETE emotional breakdown because my clothes didnt fit me anymore. I had to call into work because i couldnt stop crying and i just started this job. Has anyone else had problems like this during their pregnancy?? And if so is there anything you can do or maybe be perscribed to to help control the emotions?

First of all, it's normal to be more emotional during your pregnancy. I think I had to try on about 6 outfits this morning, too (I'm 8 weeks along, and just starting to grow a bit.) It is frustrating!

But, try to hang in there. If your emotions really do feel like they are raging out of control, and you're crying a lot, and can't get through the day, talk to your doctor. If he/she thinks it's really necessary, you can take something like zoloft.

Is there any underlying reason why you are so upset? Are you happy about this pregnancy? Are you worried and fearful? Are you just mad that you are going to lose your perfect figure (I know that feeling!)

Its just normal in being pregnant. When i found out i was pregnant..my emotions started THAT day. I went home to tell my husband..well...boyfriend at the time..that i was pregnant and i walked in the front door and literally fell ont he floor and started crying and kicking my feet like a 2 year old throwing a temper tantrum.

being emotional during pregnancy is normal. i was the worst at the beginning and now at the end. somedays i feel like im a little kid stuck in this pregnant body. haha if you really feel like its getting out of control then talk to your doctor about it. im sure they will just tell you that its your emotions becuase of your hormones. Hang in there!!! They will start to level out again after your hormones start to chill out. Good luck with your baby. Focus on knowing your creating something beautiful inside you that no one else can make but you....its special to your design.
Congrats and try to cheer up! do something for yourself to make yourself feel good. Go buy some maternity clothes! that always makes me feel better! haha

yes it's normal. but just know that you look beautiful pregnant.. your a mommy as you have a precious little one growing inside of you.. if none of your clothes fit, go out to motherhood or any other maternity clothes store to buy a few new blouses. you can always were the same pants, just different blouses.. u don't want to spend to much on maternity clothes .. also remember, if you are sad or emotional so is your baby.. don't hurt the baby with your emotions.. he or she will feel somewhat rejected..
i wish you all the luck..

dont go running to popping pills or anything
this is normal, if your the type of gal who likes dressing up
and fixing yourself like i am then this is normal plus your pregnant your going thru different changes..
dont let it get to you, cheer up and try to look at the brighter side in life. go shopping, take long walks,
get enough sleep, read the bible.

Congrats mommy !!!!
congrats !!!!
