When you get round to that time yes it is normal. There is really no room or anywhere to go, so you may feel the baby push around or move into another position. As long as you do the counts you are supposed to do everyday and you get a good amount, everything is fine

How often should I feel movements?
At first the kicks you notice will be few and far between. In fact, you may feel several movements one day and then none the next. Although your baby is moving and kicking regularly, many of his jerks and jolts aren't yet strong enough for you to feel. But later in the second trimester, those reassuring kicks will become stronger and more regular.
If you're tempted to compare notes with other pregnant women, don't worry if your experience differs from that of your friends. Every baby has his own pattern of activity, and there's no correct one. As long as your baby's usual activity level doesn't change too much, chances are he's doing just fine.
Do I need to keep track of the kicking?
Once you're feeling kicks regularly, pay attention to them and let your practitioner know right away if you notice a decrease in your baby's movement. Less movement may signal a problem, and you'll need a non-stress test or biophysical profile to check on your baby's condition.
Once you're in your third trimester, some practitioners will recommend that you spend some time each day counting your baby's kicks. There are lots of different ways to do these "kick counts," so ask for specific instructions.
Here's one common approach: Choose a time of day when your baby tends to be active. (Ideally, you'll want to do the counts at roughly the same time each day.) Sit quietly or lie on your side so you won't get distracted. Time how long it takes for you to feel ten distinct movements — kicks, twitches, and whole body movements all count. If you don't feel ten movements in two hours, stop counting and call your midwife or doctor.

Yup!!! Nudges are just about all your going to feel anymore. Around 30 weeks the baby usually starts to slow down a little bit because its getting too big to move around very much anymore! As long as your feeling nudges--your baby is perfectly normal! If you don't feel ANYTHING like..nudges, hiccups, ANYTHING for like...an hour. then they say to drink a glass of milk and lay down and then count for another hour. the baby will usually move after that..you want to count at least 4 little nudges of some sort in that hour. If not then call your local ER and ask them what you should do.
good luck with your ultrasound!! I know im measuring big too..but mines because i have extra fluid! I guess its better than not enough huh? haha Good luck and congrats on your little one that will be here soon!!!

it just gets so tight in there that he doesnt have as much room to move, do you will feel less movement. Its when you feel no movement that you should be concerned. I think, they want you to feel the baby move, something like once an hour? check with the dr to be sure, but yeah, its just cause they are running out of space in there and getting ready to come out

If you still feel regular movement, you shouldn't worry. If you are 34 weeks, the baby simply doesn't have room to kick anymore.

Sounds about normal. Yes it is true. Just imagine how little room there is in there for them to move. No worries!

yeah.... they have less room to move so they cant really kick, more of them stretching and getting comfortable. The ultrasound will tell (show) you everything.
