Can you ovulate 10 days after your period?

I had the the clear stringy discharge the 8 day and I had sex on the 10? Could I ovulate that early and are my chances of being pregnant good? I heard the sperm can live in you for up to 5 days.

You can ovulate pretty much anytime, every person is different. It is possible that you ovulated on the 10th day. I usually have that discharge two or so days before I ovulate, but like I said everyone is different.

Yes you can. 14 days is just an average. I have always heard that sperm can live up to 72 hours.
