Well it depends on the reason for the dislike. If they dislike you for things you have or people you know, then more than likely their dislike is a cover for jealousy and you really can't do much but feel sorry for them and move on. If you dislike someone for a legitamite reason I would either approach the situation and try to hash it out, or just steer clear of them if no reconciliation can be made. If you have to deal with them day to day then do your best to be the mature person and deal with them only when needed. you're too good of a person to be caddy and even though it may produce some ridicule, in the end you're a better person for it. Good Luck!

It depends on what type of environment you are in. If you are talking about people you work with. Just keep the relationship professional. You don't have to like them and they don't have to like you, but if the job description requires teamwork than that's what you do.

If it a more laid back scene. Treat them with a long handle spoon. For me it takes to much energy not to speak and avoid each other. I'd rather say hi and keep going. You don't have to ask them about their day, etc. Plus you always want to be the bigger person. Eventually they will see how mature you are about the situation and decide to take a dose of maturity themselves.

If it is someone you don't have to deal with look past him or her. If it is someone you have to know try to look at their good side. I am sure you will be able to work out something out with that person. You don't have to like someone to get along with them. Try and see what happens. Good luck.

You let them go out of your life. Its your choice to be miserable if you want to, but why? Do your loved ones not make you miserable enough?

(1)-Deal them a "BAD HAND" next time!
(2)-Short them a "CARD" if you have too!
(3)-Flip their down "CARD" up!
(4)-Better yet, just go get another job, as a "STRIPPER"! (it pays more!) :o)
