I had implantation bleeding with my daughter. Well I am pregnant again but this time I didn't have cramping or bleeding, and I started to get worried, so I spoke with my doctor and she told me that Bleeding and cramping is not necessary to have a viable pregnancy. I am now 11 weeks, and definitely feeling pregnant. I wont tell you not to worry, Because I still freak every now and then! ( get used to worrying it doesn't go away!! Especially with your first!) But know that it is not necessary to have the bleeding.

I have 2 children living and have had 2 miscarriages. I am now on my 3rd (well actually 5 pregnancy) and concerened also about miscarrying this one. Every one that I have miscarried has been every other so I think that this one will be fine) I have never had implantation bleeding. Honestly I would consider not having the bleeding be normal. Just about every woman has atleast 1 miscarriage in their women years and they say it is a sign of fertility. I do however know how upsetting and disappointing that it can be. I am sure that everything will go fine. Just take it easy and get plenty of rest. Keep us updated and good luck!

I have 2 kids, and I never had implantation bleeding or cramps with either pregnancy. I honestly don't know anyone else who did either.
I had never even heard of implantation bleeding when I was pregnant, and I think the vast majority of women who have never had a miscarriage and never gone through fertility issues probably don't hear much about it either. Take this as a sign that everything is good!

No hon it sure does not mean something is wrong..I have never had implantation bleeding with any of my pregnancies so you shouldn't be concerned with not having any. I have had 4 miscarriages altogether and every time I get pregnant I worry myself crazy wondering if I will carry this baby full term or have another miscarriage...I will certainly pray for you and please let us know how you are doing okay?? The only other advice I can give you is take one day at a time and be thankful for what you do have...God Bless You!!

Implantation bleeding -is- the symptom of pregnancy. It usually happens between 6-12 days after ovulation, and it's usually just a small amount of pinkish or brownish blood. Only 1/3 of women get implantation bleeding.

I am 3 week and 6 days pregnant. I have no implantation bleeding or cramping of any kind. I don't think it means anything. Just try to relax and take it easy for awhile. Your doctor can see your baby's heartbeat at around 5 weeks on an ultrasound. Ask for one that should put your mind at ease. Take care of yourself and try to stay calm. Congratulations and Good Luck!

I'm sorry about your previous loses. The good news is that you do not have to have implantation bleeding, cramping, or any other symptoms in order to have a healthy pregnancy!
Try not to worry too much. Take every day as it comes. Best of luck to you!

I never had implantation bleeding or cramping with either one of my kids. I think it is more common not to have it than it is to have it, so I don't think that had anything to do with your miscarriage last time. I know it is hard, but try not to worry about it. I have known a lot of people who had a miscarriage and then went on to have healthy babies. Best of luck to you.

I never had implantation bleeding or cramping, in fact I bet most women don't, or if they do it's so small they don't really notice it. I'm sorry for the loss of your first baby. Good Luck with this pregnancy, I know it's very difficult but try to relax. Just keep your appointments, take your pre-natals, and keep stress to a minimum, it's not good for you or baby.
