Its still De ja vu, we all know De ja vu as the feeling that we have been or done something before. Therefore no matter how often you have the feeling it can still retains the same name. Its like feeling scared from being scared.

Plus the Dejavu feeling can be caused by doing an activity but in different settings, and by having a dejavu feeling about your dejavu is just saying "Hey, I did this before, one time and had a dejavu feeling, and now im doing it again."

De Ja Vu actually isn't possible in the first place. When people think they are expiriencing de ja vu, it is actual the mind processing slightly slower than it usually does..... but if I had to chose, I like the sound of de ja vi best : )
