honestly, i don`t think so, i mean i never heard about it in the press or anything...i guess it`s possible, even tho he had a wife & child...i`m not a kurt cobain fan by any means, but how does his sexuality relate to anything??? he`s been dead for years, doesn`t really matter, does it???
