The best thing to do is have it properly diagnosed to be sure. As far as your brake system goes, that light means you no longer have Antilock Brakes. In other words your brakes will probably respond like the older vehicles that are not equipped with ABS, and can lock on you when making a panic stop or when stopping on slippery roads. For safer stopping power you should get it repaired as soon as you can.

The ABS is disabled. Usually because a bad wheel speed sensor is detected.

it means that 1 or more of your abs sensors has gone bad or has come lose and is not making a positive connection to accurately monitor your brake system. have checked asap so that it don't cause you to be unable to stop in an emergency situation.
