as long as it's a 16 oz Porterhouse cooked med well. Maybe some sauteed mushrooms and onions on top, and a baked potato with butter, sour cream, bacon, and chives. mmmm mmm, so good I'd slap my grandma,

My mom's. I don't like steak that much, but now and then it hits the spot. The redder the better. I was raised in a super-conservative religion, and I assumed my whole life that we could only eat well-done steaks, but then high-end member made VERY red steaks... I said out loud, "This is good steak... but KINDA runny..." He looked SO uncomfortable!
