How can you record a conversation with your PC? I have a cord that plugs into the modem. Now do I just download the software and it will work? Please help!!!!

It'll have to be a VOICE modem. Regular modem won't do.
May be easier to go get a plug adapter from Radio Shack (it's a tech store in the US for non US readers) that goes from phone cord to audio plug, then another wire from audio plug to PC's microphone port.

If your phone is bluetooth compatable try that. You can trick the computer into thinking the phone is a microphone.

I have done it with media player, and with a MIDI recorder, buy you need a microphone. Thats how I did it.
