Yes I do cause its more hard work. I also believe in this qoute, which is my favorite: "Speak once in a moment of anger and you'll make the best speech you'll ever regret."

The way that it is quoted no. I do not agree because I don't think in this manner. Had it been quoted in this way:
Success can be measured both by the obstacles we over come and the plateaus we have reached," my answer is yes.
