I've had this problem not so long ago...

You may have low blood pressure and no know it, i did!

You may be comming up towards your period, most women do feel lousy before they come on...

You may just feel depressed or stressed or doing far too much work and just need to rest.

Whatever it is, i hope you get better, it may take a few days like mine, but you will soon fell your normal self in no time!

Good luck!

You should always see a doctor when you have a medical issue. It could be many different things. Simple blood work can show hundreds of possible causes. I went thru the same thing, but it lasted for several months. I finally went to the doctor, and found that I had a folic acid defficiency. I took over the counter folic acid, and I was better in 3 days. Good luck!

Think first inner ear. You could have an ear infection. Do you have allergies?

How about high blood pressure......or low blood pressure?
Blood sugar levels could be bouncing.

Vertigo is not something to mess around with......I call your doctor.

it could possibly be an ear infection ... see a doctor
it could be meningitis ... definitely see a doctor, soon
it could be Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis ... Check yourself into the ICU
it could be that terminal (literally) juncture that separates serotonin excitotoxicity and death ... nevermind
