i think so, yes, because you have a lot more velocity, you are hitting more rain.

In a way, I suppose it would depend on which direction the wind is blowing the rain towards. Going against it might get you wetteR?

All in all, I don't think there is much of a difference. I figure walking faster suffices. You don't want to slip & fall, right? That would guarantee a definite wetter you!

If you're walking to a destination that is out of the rain, you would get less wet because you would get there faster and you would have spent less time in the rain.

I think it depends on how hard its raining... Either way, I would think you would most DEFINITELY get wetter walking slow... That just makes more sense...
