it's possible.
i think so, yes, because you have a lot more velocity, you are hitting more rain.
what's the purpose of this question?

Hahha, cute question.
In a way, I suppose it would depend on which direction the wind is blowing the rain towards. Going against it might get you wetteR?
All in all, I don't think there is much of a difference. I figure walking faster suffices. You don't want to slip & fall, right? That would guarantee a definite wetter you!

You get wetter by going out into it, so sit back down at the computer and ask more questions.

If you're walking to a destination that is out of the rain, you would get less wet because you would get there faster and you would have spent less time in the rain.

I think it depends on how hard its raining... Either way, I would think you would most DEFINITELY get wetter walking slow... That just makes more sense...

In either way you get wet so what does it matter? If you are up to it why not go ahead and give it a test then let us all know!
