What is circumcision and do egyption orthodox get circumcised??

Circumcision is a surgery done on the foreskin of the dick and it is to reduce the chances of infection or other deseases., and I haven't heard anywhere that egyptian orthodox got circumcised.

Now a days much is being talked of Male circumcision, HIV prevention and communication challenges.

When erect/hard both circumcised and uncircumcised penises look alike. (the foreskin slides back)
