Nothing much will help short of surgery. They may regain a little elasticity over time but not much. Working out will only lift the muscles behind the breast not the actual breast as it's made of tissue not muscle. Get a good fitting bra and make the most of what you have now.

Get pregnant again - they will fill up again in no time! Unfortunately boobs do go a bit saggy after having a baby but the only real option, once you have completed your family, is surgery if you are that bothered by it. If it not that severe, invest in a good bra

Make sure you get a good fitting bra and I am sorry to say they dont recover. I breast fed my child 20 years ago and to say I have a pair of deflated balloons on my chest is an understatement :-) If I had known it would happen I would not have breast fed !

If you are not planning on having any more children, breast augmentation is the best way. Even if you work out, the breast tissue has been stretched along with the skin. It will not make them "perky". So breast implants, a lift, or both will help!

breasts sag over time, the only thing to do is wear a good bra, or have plastic surgery to lift them again.
