All hotels in Dubai are sponsoring a visit/tourist visa.

You can pick up this visit visa on arrival at the airport, but there is a fee of Dh100 plus a Dh10 delivery charge for this service. In order to complete your application, your sponsor/hotel will require your date of arrival, flight details, and a photocopy of the first few pages of your passport, which should be valid for at least three months.
Some hotels provide a visa for free in case you book online.

This tourist visa is valid for a 30 days-stay and not renewable.

Take care

First, your nationality - if you are from one of the countries which Dubai issues visas on arrival or transit visas you can get a visa on arrival. These countries are EU/UK/USA/Japan/Malaysia/HongKong etc.

However if you hold an Indian/Chinese/African nationality, you need a visa before boarding a flight to Dubai. Your airline will not board you until unless you have a visa.

Many hotels provide 14 day transit visas and you need to take hotel rooms with them for this purpose. This costs Dhs.200/-, but varies according to hotels.

You can do a search 'Hotels in Bur Dubai" or Deira and get a host of hotels that will provide you this service.

Sabihan mo mga kaibigan mo na ibili ka nalang nila ng Visa thru hotels or travel agencies sa Dubai. Yun ang mas madali in your case. Ayos ba?
