Have you ever worn high heels?? They hurt after so long of being on. Maybe she doesn't know her feet stink. Just be nice and tell her that it doesn't bother you if she removes her shoes, but that she should really do something about the odor. I have a friend that has had a foot odor problem ever since he was a little boy and he just can't smell it anymore. We have to let him know when he needs to do something about it. Just think about it... would you rather stink or have someone tell you nicely and politely that there is a problem?

Probably because her feet hurt, if you were very polite and mentioned that her feet smelled in a nice quiet voice being kind and all as she might not even realize it herself then she might appreciate your thoughtfulness for being kind and letting her know her feet smell and then maybe she would do something about it! Be kind not rude and just ask are your feet hurting? Then mention have you tried using some kind of lotion or foot powder to help with the odor and by mentioning the lotion or powder you won't even have to tell her that her feet stink. How would you feel if that was you in her situation?

Probably she bought cheap shoes that are hurting her feet or maybe it is really hot in there and baring your feet is a way to cool down the whole body. Could she be menopausal? If this is a one time occasion, just suck it up. But, if you have to work next to this woman, then address the problem! She probably doesn't realize and may be ok with a private note to let her know to avoid further embarrasment.

Perhaps her feet hurt, but if it bothers you so and you are in the position to change sits....do so; if not kindly let her know that her taking off her shoes is bothering you.
You don't need to go into details as to why , she taking off her shoes bothers you.
Speak up but be wise in what you say!
Hope this helps
Good luck

Heels really aren't that comfortable, tell her quietly that her feet have a bad odor, sometimes people really don't know.

How can she take them off constantly, usually they would need to be placed back on the feet before removal is possible again.

Her feet probably kill from wearing uncomfortable shoes, and doesn't realize she's got the funk! Look straight at her, point to her feet, grab your nose in disgust and start gasping. She'll get the picture!

She could be flirting with you.
Or as Freud said: "Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar." meaning that taking off her shoes has nothing to do with you, it's just that her feet hurt.
