When you say delete, is that like delete? If you did not go through proper uninstalling and just deleted it, It will not work properly. There are components, drivers and a lot of registry left on computer that be left behind. which will confuse your computer. If this was done, you need to reinstall the program then go through add or remove programs through your control panel. If you are still having problems and don't know what I am talking about, then you need to stop and have someone else do it that does... If not you will be instore for a big headache. Good Luck

You have to do it thru' the control panel and add/remove programs.....its the only way that works well.
Also go in and do a search using the "find" to get any little traces of it after deleting. If you find any just highlight on the file and hit deletel
I hate McAfee......so obtrusive.....Kaspersky is the best.

Uh...set it on fire? : P Aren't you supposed to uninstall it by using the add/remove programs option instead of merely deleting it?
