I can name a few of what things are called but my favorite is a murder of crows. I didn't know that a bunch of owls was called a parliment though. Now, on to my answer:

I'd call a bunch of goats a Cheese Factory!

A trip of goats... though I generally keep the excess descriptors out of it and simply refer to them as my uncles... (crusty 'ole men, they are!).

My favourite is a "troop of chimpanzees"... kinda the way I see my students as they scamper back to my classroom from Phys. Ed class. Affectionately, of course :)
