It would clearly be a different story, but it would be difficult to tell what ways it would be different.
You seem to be operating under two assumptions.
1. You assume the 3 white Duke Lacrosse players are guilty.
- Yet an abundance of evidence clearly has shown that no rape occurred.
2. You assume every cop & D.A. is bigoted & will assume a black person is lying & white person is telling the truth.
- There is plenty of bigotry around but isn't it also bigotry to look at the color of someone's skin & assume they are bigots?
But the question remains; If these were 3 Black guys falsely accused of raping a White woman, would they still be found guilty?
And that would depend on the extent the media was involved & if the 3 Black guys were also rich & could afford an excellent defense.
If the races in this case were switched & the media was involved, would we even know the race of the accuser? It would be completely Un P.C. to make a big deal over the racial issue. But when the white person is the defendant & the Black person is the reported victim, the media hypes up the racial angle because controversy attracts viewers. I actually think this case would have been dropped long ago if Hifong wasn't catering to blacks to get re-elected. If there was no publicity, it wouldn't have gotten this far. The "PC" pressure wouldn't have been there if there was no publicity.
We would have to know how much personal bias there was in the minds of the prosecutors. A person might have bias for the blacks & against the whites if the camera is on him, but if no-one is watching, might assume the blacks are lying.
And if the defendants were not rich, they might be in jail by now, regardless of race.
No telling how it would be different. Too many variables. Everything would have been handled differently, that’s for sure.

You are absolutely right. Several studies have been conducted which look at bias towards Blacks and Whites in jury trials, particularly ones which pertain to defendants of a different race or gender. There is an existing bias in these situations, in the media, in the public in general. Over the last 18 years there have bene leaps made forward in social psychology to further our understanding of intergroup relations, particularly in situations like this. I regret that nothing will make up for the inevitable inequity that exists, but those of us who study these matters hope that one day what impractical research we do will be able to apply to the real world and level the playing field. The problem is there are issues beyond simple prejudice which play into the discrimination against Black individuals, foremost being socioeconomic status and exposure on both ends.

Yeah, just like if a black DJ had said Nappy Headed Ho, it wouldn't have a been a big deal at all, would it?
Did you even read the accusers history? She had been in and out of legal trouble for years. She was a ho! She was just trying to get a free handout. It's pretty evident that this lady has embarrased the black community, becuase she couldn't get her story straight.
Now, sadly enough, yes. If it were three black guys that raped a white girl, they'd all be in jail.

You got that right sista! I find it strange that there were a whole panel of lawyers fighting tooth and nail to get those white boys off. If their families had no money the case would be different. I believe they got drunk and acted in an inappropriate way and need to be held accountable. That sister has to be tired. She has been ridiculed and put through the ringer for 1 year. Where is the justice?
If the players were Black and the girl were white... those men would be on Death Row by now. That's how the system is. Good ole Boys. Black Robe.. White Justice. These people who follow the great white way better wake up. We are gaining on you in all areas of life. Black astronauts... black educators... black civil rights leaders... and soon a Black president. Watch out now...

Sorry about your experiences but i'm black and went to a college comprised of about 99.9% whites and live in a suburb with the same demographics. I have not been treated unfairly. I've even been treated well by the police here.
If it were reversed though, they would probably have to use the same type of testing (DNA) to determine guilt. The fact that there was no semen of the white men says the women straight up lied. If there was no semen found on white women who claim to have been raped by black men, i'm sure the outcome would have been the same.

Yep,the Blacks would've been exonerated a year ago.As for a ***** raping a white...it happens 50 times more often than the other way around. And they should go to jail.Read the reports on crime and the statistics that are true but never are reported in the mainstream media.

All indication is that these boys are innocent, so they didn't "get off." per se. But one of the players even mentioned that he learned that it is possible for an innocent person to be tried and convicted. You are right if it woul have been three Black football players the story would have unfolded quite differently.

yeah, you are right. if it would have been reversed i bet the prosecutor would have been really messed up and tried to push a weak case with no evidence just to get another conviction. i bet the students would have been kicked out of school at the drop of a hat w/ out having a chance to prove their innocence. i also bet the coach would have been fired as well. oh yeah, i also bet that everyone else would jump on the band wagon and start falsey accusing them without hearing the whole story.
oh wait ... that's what really happened!!

It most certainly would have. Lamar Owens was found innocent by a jury and no one wants to apologize to him. His accuser has not faced any punishment and they wont allow him to graduate, even though he was cleared. It happens everyday.
