Ok their is this guy and he has been in a serious relationship for along time and told me he would ask this girl to mary him if he had money for a ring but whenever im working with him he always flirts with me well it seems like it anyway and he slaped my *** and it seems like he always wants to touch me, he always hugs me and touches my hand and i dont know what i should tell him because hes one of my good freinds.

I don't think he's serious about marrying any time soon. If he really wanted to get engaged he'd do it without the ring.
You're suggesting that his physical behavior with you makes it appear he's playing the field in spite of this supposed serious relationship. From what you've told, I'm not sure. Some guys are physical and/or flirt with a lot of people without intending to get serious, more because they want to feel attractive and desirable than because they're playing the field.
The more important question is whether you feel comfortable with his behavior. If not, you can tell him to back off without accusing him of betraying his girlfriend--just tell him it makes you uncomfortable, it's unprofessional, or whatever. If he's really a good friend he will respect your boundaries.

Poachin a guy can be a risky business, might get more than you bargined for. I wouldn't read to much into this guys actions he's playing with you cause you let him and he likes it. Keep ya distance for now and take a long good hard look at him. This is what he does behind his girfriends back, would he be different if he was with you- I think not! Stay friends is all for the moment would be your best tactic. I reckon there's better for you in your circle of boyfriend options. Cheers!

that used to happen to me too!! the answer is that you turn him on or in other words i bet he has those weirds dreams of you. If you dont want it to go farther than that let him know that you want it to stop and give urself a little more respect towards him!!! but if you want it to go farther than that go ahead but let me give you a piece of advice once you do something with him that you shouldnt of done hes gonna loose all respect for you and you guys are gonna loose the friendship!!

You need to tell him that he need to keep his hand to his self .Because he got a woman and some will be getting the wrong idea if they keep seeing him touch you.It is alright to be friend with touching.
