You can pry off the plastic cover and remove the knob. You should see from there how to remove the handle. ( be sure to shut off your water first) There should be some kind of washer or "0" ring, so you will need the correct one. Put back together... and if it doesn't leak you did a good job. Now from my experience.. just replace the faucet. Any like that I have repaired usually starts leaking again in about a year or less, and I end up just replacing the faucet with a good one and no more problems for 5 + years, depending on how good of a faucet I buy. A good one will last many years.

Turn off the water supply valves under the sink. Look around the handle for an allen screw. This usually holds the handle on. Remove the handle and you should see an arm and probably a nut holding it onto the base of the faucet. (May be a large nut that the arm sticks up through and screws on) You may have "O" rings or you may have a cartridge. You will need to match whichever you have and replace it. If it is a cartridge, mark the top center of it so you install the new cartridge in the same orientation.

Those types of faucets do not have washers, they use o-rings. If there is no obvious way to dissemble it, there may be no way to repair it.

A leak in a washerless faucet usually indicates that the working parts need replacing. Often, prepackaged repair kits are available. Kits may contain all the necessary parts, or may include only the specific parts that need replacing. Follow the instructions for installing the replacement parts. Washerless faucets on tubs and showers are repaired in the same way as those on sink and washbasins.

Go to Peerless.com
On their web site they show very good instructions on how to repair your faucet. If you have a Moen, try moen.com.
Peerless makes for a few companies though and the instructions they show are really first rate.
