Maybe, depending on the model you have.

You can add a bigger disk drive. Some computers will handle 2 disk drives. It depends on what model you have.

You can also add another memory chip. Go to memory4all.com, and search for your computer. They have an easy interface that lets you see what's available. I think there's instructions on how to find out how much memory you have right now, too.
