I initially thought they were, but once the conflicting reports started coming out, I became very skeptical....I live a couple hours from Durham, so this was all over our news. Nifong needs to be put in prison.

He gained't say sorry because he's a media whore who maintains to be the face of black human beings see you later because the media needs it. in case you ask the necessary black individual what they imagine of the placement, they're going to inform you that what Don Imus said became stupid and he might want to be fired because he became there in the previous at the same time as civil rights were being debated. in spite of the indisputable fact that, they could also rather like human beings to end calling Al Sharpton a black chief because he doesn't lead every body in spite of the indisputable fact that the weak-minded. they could also say that they could care a lot less about the Duke Lacrosse crew and their stripper fiasco because numerous black pupils with promising futures bypass to reformatory over the lies of a few white chick and no individual apologizes to them or cares about the very shown reality that it never occurred. it really is the chilly reality chum. manage it.

Never followed the story, and never formed any opinion other than disgust with the media for ONCE AGAIN trying a case in the media.
As a criminal defense attorney, I watch this happen time and again.
If you want to know why killers go free and innocent people don't, take a look at the cases tried in the media.

They're guilty. A lack of a legal case isn't the same thing as innocence. There is a lot of evidence about those entitled lowlife that was never heard. A competent prosecutor would have made them the felons they are.

It was hard not to think they were guilty with a victim and the press reporting it every day. Who would have thought the victim was a liar? The prosecutor did a good job of fooling us all.

I dont usually assume. These days nothing shocks me, but I think the Kobe Bryant case kind of ruined for this girl as far as sympathy to a lot of people. Plus the fact that she was a "entertainer", girls in that profession arent usually seen as Mother Theresa, you know

I never judged them.. after seeing one of my friends get drug threw the mud by a prosecuting attorney for something he was innocent of.. I have always been very cautious in passing judgment based on what they and the media have to say.. that is what the trial is for.

At first I thought it likely, drunken frat boys. But it wasn't months until something didn't add up. She kept on changing her story. The whole thing began to smell higher than a fish market.
And yes, I do apologize for jumping to conclusions.
