Sorry to intrude...but I heard in class that cancer of the vagina brings out symptoms like yours - I'm not trying to scare you, just doing a medical degree. go and see your doctor if they don't clear up soon.

Its actually really common in women to get boils in that area. There isn't really anything that can be done for it. I myself use Netrogena Body wash, it seems to help. They form because of the sweat and heat in that area. You could go see a dermatologist about them. They might be able to find you a medicine to get ride of them. Also call an OB if they are not boils and more like little pimples. Try a feminine spray for the sweating or even rub some of that Medicated Powder. That helps also.

You can get normal pimples down there. It's possible that a pore (lots of those in the area) has become clogged with a combination of dirt, dust and fatty excreta. The prevention is to wash a lot, especially after exercise. As to cures, probably what would work on a facial pimple will work on a pimple anywhere.

yeah, mine are prickly heat, cuz I m an athlete & theres always a lot of friction down there. It could also b from shaving or waxing. sometimes u start 2 get ingrown hairs if u do it too often. all u need 2 do is exfoliate 7 make sure the area stays fairly dry. No joke!

You might just be getting pimples or acne down there. It's skin, it happens. It might be acne or maybe a reaction to your laundry detergent. Try switching to something else and wash your undies in REALLY hot water. I know they make acne bodywash, so maybe try that? Do they look like they're happening under hair follicles? Because then maybe your undies are just pulling hairs out and they're getting infected. Or if you shave or trim, it might be in-growns. You could also try washing the area more than once a day and don't touch the pimples because that'll just make them spread.

I had a friend that did. Try wiping the area with witch hazel every day after your bath. There is a lotion out there that turns from a lotion to a powder after you apply it. I think Bath and Bodyworks has it. It would help keep the area dry all day.
Good luck! :)

Keep a bottle of baby oil in the shower and rub it on your bikini area after shaving to prevent razor burn/bumps, ingrown hairs. I prefer lavender scented by Johnson & Johnson!

i get them i use a salt scrub on mine and that helps but if there deep under the skin and don't come to a head its probably from an internal problem sadly in that case the only thing you can do is suffer if there in a spot were you can put a band aid over them it will heal faster. hang tough

If you shave down there it could be razor burn...I get them all the time....Try exfoliating down there before you shave it helps. I have had one real pimple down there and it hurt really bad...but I popped it like I would one on my face and it slowly went away.

Do you take bubble baths? Seriously, whenever I do that, I get irritations, quickly. Another thing that hits me, is to take vitamin C. I end up taking pyridium for the pain when I take vitamins.
