when should the (attack) girl behind, challenge the the golie by cuttin from behind the cage?? and the (2) D-Wings , dose the d-wing closser to the ball go up the feild or is their a certin rule?

When should the attacker behind challenge the goalie... Well, it depends:
-If you are running a play, you attack when the play creates its opening and you can easily roll the cage.
-If you're not running a play, you just have to wait until you see the opening or someone cuts for the pass. The girl behind doesn't always have to roll, she can pass to a cutter.

As for being on D, our coach had a rule about who stayed back. Usually the girl closer to the ball went up but in some cases it was understood that one player would drop back while another came up based on useful skills of that defender. There's no concrete rule, just talk about it with your teammates or coach to make sure there's no confusion.
