I can but on the highway, I'd opt for bare feet if I onle had heels. One time my gf was driving and her heel was wedged/ holding the gas pedal down, she baked into a parked car... lol it funny now (;
The trick is driving with your toes and the are right beneath it and less with the heel.

If they aren't too high, yes. If they are too high, I drive in a pair of flats and change before I get out of the car.

I cannot because I drive a stick shift, and that's just too much. I can drive an automatic in them though.

yes - a bit dangers, because the heel can get stuck underneath the break pad.
