Monday, I have an interview with citibank for a bank teller position. I dont know what to answer when they ask me this question" what do you have to offer this company"?

Think, if you were the employer what would set one person apart from all the other applicants
In my experience interviewing I find that within the first minute of meeting with a potential employer they decided wether I stood a chance. So worry less about the questions and more about how you present yourself. The position that you are applying for requires honesty, due diligence, and a responsible character. Dress well, look extremely polished and only speak when asked a question. DO not ramble on if the question is loose and open ended. Describe yourself with a couple of good and non generic adjectives and move the interview along. GOOD LUCK!!!!

This is a variation on what you are best at. The answer can be something like, "I have strong organizational skills and I'm a great communicator", or, "I bring a strong process-drivern approach and a bias toward action", or anything else that you are particularly good at.
