where were you 4 years ago when this was originally talked about? i guess a delayed synapse is better than none at all.

It was a perfect number to use , considering that in this country it is supposed to be something that when used brings relief, hope, and safety.The only other day that comes to mind that may have had a more negative impact would have been the 4th of July, the day of independence.

You know, whenever I had to dial 9-1-1 (before the attacks), I always got a bad feeling.
