First of all determine which type of fluid
Red – PS or ATF
Brown/Black – Engine Oil
Green – A/C Lubricant
Green or Pink Liquid – Coolant
Clear – Brake Fluid or Shock Oil
Then track the source
The most common source is the rocker cover gaskets as GM often uses a silicone base product for sealant.

it could be a number of places - 1st i would snug the bolts on the valve covers - if the oil is on the front of the motor that would be the most likely source - then snug the oil pan bolts and keep in mind that the oil will travel to the back end because of the wind when driving , make sure to wipe off as much oil as possible to make sure that the socket doesn't slip off the bolts but remember you only want then hand tight. once finished take to car wash and degrease the engine and oil pan areas - engine area with motor running and oil pan area with out motor running - when you get the van home let it run for about 20 minutes to burn off any small areas oil and to help dry the motor compartment. then check for anymore oil leaks in 1 to 2 days if there is still a leak it will have a clean trail showing you where it's coming from.

keep the oil topped off, take it to the car wash so you can degrease the engine, avoiding the distributer cap., then you will be able to see where the oil is leaking.
