Anyone with interstitial cystitis know of any portable heating pad that I can take with me on vacation?

I don't have the problem, but I do know about some nice heating pads that have rice or grains in them that can be heated in microwave. If you'll have a microwave available, this would be perfect. Under the covers at night, it stays warm a long long time--sometimes until morning!

you could probably throw a wet dishrag in the microwave. that would heat up all nice ya. Also you could spray it with jasmine and burberry.... maybe a little frankenscence to make it smell all dreamy.
