I quit smoking cigarettes but now every now and them I'll have a Black & Mild and I don't know how your suppose to not inhale a cigar but I do sometimes. Are they bad for you? How?

Yes cigars are bad for you . Tobacco is tobacco whether you smoke it in a pipe, smoke cigars or cigarettes or chew it. It is tabacco period and is not healthy.

Cigars are in many circumstances established for much less cancer causing agents than cigarettes. i imagine there are perchance a handful as against the 1000's in cigarettes. And the tobacco is mostly of better high quality. I actually have had black and milds and that i'm able to easily deal with perchance 2 an afternoon.

Do you really need to ask that question or are you just in denial? Of course Black & Mild cigars are bad for you. If you keep on smoking them they will gradually make your lungs "Black and Blacker" until you can no longer breath and you die...........

Unless you use tobacco to heal a bee sting on your arm, any form of it is not good for man and woman.
