I want to marry an 18 years old, and I am 76. I want her to come here and get a green card, and quickly find a job, to support us. But I am worried that she might get pregnant, and then won't work. What is the operation to stop her ever being pregnant?
She need not know what the operation is about, she can be told that she is ill or something.

She'll consent all right, or can go back where she came from, and I will bring myself another.

Hysterectomy. Your uterus, tubes and ovaries are removed.

Just to let you know, you are either an absolute idiot who is just posting crap for the fun of it or you're sick. There is absolutely no way in the US that a legit doctor would do a surgery on a healthy young girl to make her barren without first thoroughly discussing it with her and having her consent. To answer your question the only way for a woman to be COMPLETELY barren would be for her to have a hysterectomy.

for 76 you are not very wise. all you want is for her to support you, how crazy is that. and for you to lie to her about an operation. she could die, dude. i hope she does get pregnant and you have to support her. hopefully the 18 year old is not too stupid and will be alot wiser than you and just marries you to come here and then leaves you sorry ***!!! GROW UP!!!! good luck 18 year old

I hope you're joking because if you aren't you're a sad excuse for a man and I would consider that exploitation. Doctors won't do those surgeries on young women that haven't had any babies yet so you better find a better way to support yourself like maybe getting off of your lazy mooching behind and getting yourself a job so you can support yourself.

I want to say, its not right to chose what is done to someones body without their consent. She is 18 years old, and she will want children in the future most likely. Who are you to decide that for her? Now I can't even answer the question.

If you're for real, that's sad. No doctor would ever do a surgery like that without telling the person.

Firstly, you're a jerk.

Secondly, either a tubal ligation or a full hysterectomy would work.
