After a bad Iraq policy was employed for too many years, how can he get us to believe that this time it will work? How long are we supposed to wait, and what does victory look like?

He never can, it's useless 4 him 2 even try because he is still doing the same thing. Killing people and allowing 2 many of our own people 2 die. We don't even know what we are
fighting about anymore. (they lie so much)
We will never see victory, it is truly a lose lose situation!

We are battling a war right here in our country against government policies if I am not mistaken isn't the government suppose 2 work 4 the people not against.

Once trust and faith is gone you can never get it back especially when he continues 2 lie and totally disregard what the people want.

The other day I found an issue of an Australian newspaper from the day after September 11.

The entire front page was covered by a HUGE picture of a plane driving into the building, I was reminded of what caused all this madness.

I felt sorry for the Americans... And then I was angry! Damn angry... Bush had to do something.

Thats my 0.02 aussie cents

I believe the American majority of people are very fickle. We kind of go with the flow. As a whole I think the people can be won back. Not at at all an easy task! I think it would be easier with a real commitment to WINNING the war and not just participating in it. We have the means and abilities to do this but maybe not the will.

To late for that, Bush is still digging the grave for the GOP come 08 elections. His only recourse would be to come up with Osama Bin Laden at this point.

I don't think he can.

He is VERY concerned with a "legacy", right now.

Watch carefully. This man has a STRONG chance of coloring, even FARTHER, outside the lines, before he leaves the White House.

Don't expect him to go quietly, with such absurdly low approval ratings.

He wont, just like tony blair the british will never trust him again and good reason, and i doubt that the americans with common sense will ever trust bush again. Better he leaves than drag out his silly ideas and cause more problems in the world.

Bush could start by resigning - and outing Cheney so he can't step in as his replacement.

It would be the first thing he had ever done right.

The only way we can believe Bush is when he finally admits at his trial that he is nothing but a lying, class warrior, Constitution-destroying, warmongering, looting, criminal.
