Too young to drink??

Question

im 15 and i only want to drink occcasionally (once/twice a month) but everyone tells me im way too young.
Its unfair cos all my other friends are 18 and so legal, but i dont see the problem if its just once in a while
do u think im too young to drink?

AT the other person: Heres a ******* bombshell for you: The whole world isn't like America. In many places the legal age is 18.

But yeah I would be inclined to say its too young. But eventually you'll probably be hanging around with some mates and then someone will get the bright idea of getting some scotch or something. It happens to just about everyone these days in my country at around that age.

There are plenty reasons to not drink at such a young age such as health, increased possibility of becoming alcoholic, and that its illegal so don't get me wrong I'm not for a moment suggesting you run to your parents liquor cabinet and chug some Vodka but eventually you know... peer pressure is a *****.

So yes you are too young to drink but if you decide to do it we probably can't dissuade you and just make sure you TAKE IT SLOW - a lot of people when they start drinking don't realize how long it takes before the alcohol gets into your body and they get real ****** up and puke. Not fun. And never ever drink alone.

When you do decide to start drinking whether you wait till your older or not, test your body over a few months to small amounts of alcohol instead of just downing half a bottle of vodka and then realizing your body can't handle it, and plus if you do that you will make a complete fool of yourself and then not remember in the morning, again, not fun

So yeah I guess all we can say is be responsible no matter what you decide.

oh yeah, 15 is way too young to drink

according to the law, 21 is the legal age to consume alcohol and that's for a reason.

at 15, you really don't want to have that kind of bad habit going on. Plus the idea that when you drink, you are apt to do things you wouldn't normally do.

I've seen way too many people start drinking young and that led to problems later on......it destroys your liver and really affects your health.

Yes you are too young. Drinking can lead to alot of problems. It can may you do thing that you would not do if you had not been drinking. Once or twice will lead to more often. Don't start.

From the age of 18 you have the rest of your life to drink yourself to death. Why can't you wait for 3 years? What is the big deal with drinking? Enjoy being a teen with no worries. You have the rest of you life to endure adulthood.

Your friends aren't even legal, it's 21 in most states sweetie, and yes at 15, I know how it is to want to experiment, but 15 IS to young.

yep your too young... do you wanna drink to be in the "in crowd" or maybe you wanna prove something by drinking? either way you gotta know consequences... alcohol is not good for the health... your not gonna feel it when your young but when your older it causes a lot of illnesses...

The god's honest reality is: less expensive liquor it really is nice and should be blended. that's usually something like McCormaks rum or vodka, and numerous Pepsi or juice. sometime's beer, in spite of the indisputable fact that that is always less expensive beer that take plenty to get evena buzz on. from time to time we splurge and purchase something to shoot, like Jager or tequila....yet you're proper, in many circumstances no longer a scotch or cognac. umm hello the law is 21 and older...no younger
sooo even ur friends who are 18 are being illegall right now as well....but we all know people who are about that age drink...its just a part of life...but u are entirely too young...sorry hun
